Returns Policy Overview

We are totally committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price up to 30 days from your order date.

You may return new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that have been altered or washed cannot be exchanged. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, customers pay for shipping charges on returned merchandise. There are no restocking fees. Fees for original shipping are not refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@laboustuff.com to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
